In this case we need to focus with the strongest lord at the time and ignore other weakest lord by make ceasefire with them.when they are trying to attack o e of your city. So maybe yoi will ask again, why only ceasefire? Why not become alliance? Trust me, we not need that so long time to avoid attack from other lord because you are right now using my Sun Ce little conqueror strategy, which focusly on attacking and qonquering all of china fastest as possible. After that focusly on builsing your cities. My suggest is at the first you build maket which is surrounding one mint to double your old earning. Choose location which is best when we can build one mint and surrounding with six market. After that build the same way with farm and granary. Granaru should build in the center and surrounded with farms. After that, make space 4 box land to build barrack, smith, stable and workshop to preparing troops and equipment to begin attack the enemy. I think 2 or 3 cities with full of markets amd farms is more than enough as
bases for resources we need to launch attack on the enemy cities. Do not forget to transport troops and resources to your outer cities nearest with the enemy as a places you will launch an attack the enemy that ypu are focusly to attack because it is not efficient to launch troops fa away frm thw target cities because it can consume a large amount of foods.
